Besomim is our semi-annual ragtag bunch of misfits, the current manifestation is a blend of Carignan, Cabernet Sauvignon , Zinfandel and Petite Sirah, aged for 18 months in neutral oak. Garnet colored, with aromas of plum, and spice. The wine is medium to full bodied, the tannins are soft and rich, look for flavors of plum and caramel . Drink now through 2027
