Medium bodied with delicate aromatics of roses and red fruit. This cool climate Pinot is our first wine made from grapes grown in the Willamette Valley, Oregon.
A blend of Vin Gris and Saignée, the majority of the Grenache grapes are pressed whole cluster and blended with a small amount of bleed off juice from our riper red grapes.
Salmon pink, this wine exudes citrus, melon, papaya and spice aromas followed by pear, mineral and loquat flavors.
Ruby red with notes of plum, and cherry on the nose. The wine is well structured with high acidty, it will benefit from some time in the bottle. Look for flavors of sour cherry and tabbaco on the palate.
This inky wine is layered with blue fruits, camphor, forest floor and lilac. The tannins are firm and structured. Look for flavors of blueberries, black currants, dark chocolate, earth and herbs
Look for aromas of lemon, geosmin, green apple, and buttercups. The wine is bright and crisp with generous amounts of fruit and a creaminess on the palate. Flavors of lemon curd, minerals, and apples abound.
A collaboration between Michael Hajdu and Shirah Wine Co. This barrel fermented honey wine is made from the finest local orange blossom honey. Aromas of quince and honeysuckle explode from the glass, the wine is still and sweet with medium acidity. It is wonderfully exotic and the perfect beverage to drink during rosh hashana.
