A tribute to California’s living vineyard history. Heirloom Red is a blend of Zinfandel, Carignan, and Mourvèdre from ancient vines planted over a century ago in Lodi and Contra Costa. Our first mevushal release Heirloom Red is fruit-forward, lush, and opulent.
Rich but restrained, the 2025 Chardonnay Red Mountain shows blossom, crisp apple, and ripe pear over a dusty, mineral core. Supple and full-bodied, it's smooth and layered, finishing long and clean — Old World style from New World fruit.
Sourced primarily from Eagle Point Ranch, this full-bodied, fruit-forward wine opens with a nose of maraschino cherry and black licorice. Those same flavors carry through to a generous, expressive palate with depth and richness throughout.
The 2022 Hajdu Reserve Proprietary Red Wine is crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon. It presents a deep purple hue with aromas of cherry, blackcurrant, chocolate, and spice, accompanied by hints of cedar. This full-bodied wine is concentrated and richly structured, with soft tannins and generous fruit, culminating in a long finish. Enjoyable now and for the next 25 years.
The Hajdu Proprietary Red, Napa Valley is a blend of Bordeaux varietals sourced from hillside vineyards in Napa Valley. The 2023 is inky and structured with notes of black current, and wild herbs. Rich and structured with flavors of blue fruit, graphite and cedar.
A rich, opulent red blend of Barbera, Montepulciano, and Teroldego, aged 36 months in French oak. Black cherry and plum layered with clove, cracked pepper, and toasted vanilla — spicy, velvety, and long on the finish.
The 2025 Pinot Blanc was sourced from a single vineyard in Mendocino County. The wine was barrel fermented in with native yeast in neutral oak and aged sur lie for 5 months. Look for aromas of pear and buttercup backed with crisp acidty, baked apple and a slight salinity on the pallet.
This blend of cool-climate Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, and Cabernet Franc offers a deep garnet color and a full-bodied profile with medium acidity. Rich and fruit-forward, it’s beautifully balanced with subtle herbal nuances, generous and elegant.

The 2025 Hajdu Riesling is sourced from a single vineyard in Carneros. It was fermented and aged in stainless steel for three months. The wine presents an intensely aromatic nose with vibrant notes of lime, citron, and a hint of kerosene. On the palate, it showcases bright, lively acidity balanced by a touch of sweetness. Generous citrus flavors are complemented by delicate floral notes.
This inky wine is layered with blue fruits, camphor, forest floor and lilac. The tannins are firm and structured. Look for flavors of blueberries, black currants, dark chocolate, earth and herbs.
Hand picked from 130 year old head pruned vines in the sandy soils of the Contra Costa. This is a jammy rich fruit bomb with loads of cherry, plum and chocolate on the palate.
The 2024 Hajdu Proprietary White wine is a blend of Vermentino and Arneis. This wine was barrel-fermented and aged for 18 months in French oak, with no fining or filtration, preserving its pure expression. It pours a pale gold, offering a harmonious balance of crisp acidity and medium body, look for aromas of honeysuckle, ripe pear, and zesty citrus.
Sourced from a single vineyard in the Van Duzer Corridor of Oregon’s Willamette Valley—an area renowned for producing dark, concentrated Pinot Noir—this wine is no exception. Deeply colored and expressive, it opens with aromas of cherry, plum, and raspberry. The palate is vibrant and well-structured, balancing richness and lush texture with bright acidity. Layers of red fruit are complemented by savory herbal notes, leading to a long, refined finish.
