Sourced from a single vineyard in San Benito county and fermented with 40% whole clusters. Look for cherry licorice and roses on the nose, followed by firm yet silky sweet tannins, leather, kirshvaser and cloves on the palate.
The 2021 Pinot Blanc was sourced from a single vineyard in Anderson Valley. The wine was barrel fermented in with native yeast in neutral oak and aged sur lie for 5 months. Look for aromas of pear and buttercup backed with crisp acidty, baked apple and a slight salinity on the pallet.
Serraglio is a blend of Sangiovese, Barbera and Montepulciano, look for notes of rosemary cranberry and hazelnuts on the nose, the wine is rich and juicy with flavors of coffee, candied fruit and cranberry sauce. 5-10 years. Limited Release 25 cases produced!
The 2019 Hajdu Proprietary Red, Napa Valley is a blend of Bordeaux varietals sourced from hillside vineyards in Napa Valley. The 2020 is inky and structured with notes of black current, and wild herbs. Rich and structured with flavors of blue fruit, graphite and cedar.
Sourced from a single vineyard in Dry Creek, Sonoma County. Look for citrus, stone fruit and green apple notes on the nose. The wine is crisp and refreshing with flavors lemon curd and peaches on the palate. Drink now till 2025. Less than 150 cases produced.
