The Hajdu Proprietary Red, Napa Valley is a blend of Bordeaux varietals sourced from hillside vineyards in Napa Valley. The 2021 is inky and structured with notes of black current, and wild herbs. Rich and structured with flavors of blue fruit, graphite and cedar.
Rose of Barbera, infused with Seville orange, yuzu, vanilla bean, cinnamon, Spanish saffron, and black pepper. Serve on the rocks, in a spritzer or in a cocktail.
The 2022 Pinot Blanc was sourced from a single vineyard in Anderson Valley. The wine was barrel fermented in with native yeast in neutral oak and aged sur lie for 5 months. Look for aromas of pear and buttercup backed with crisp acidty, baked apple and a slight salinity on the pallet.
Inky, dark and rich. Made from a blend of Sagrantino, and Petite Sirah. This wine was fortified with aged brandy and allowed to sit in barrel for 18 months. Look for notes of black cherry, strawberry jam, chocolate, and cedar. Open now or age this jewel for decades. 500ML bottles. Only 3 barrels produced.
